Kant’s Object and the Meaning of a Sentence, Subjectively Considered

An attempt to liken the achievement of a unified consciousness in the apprehension and grasp of a sentence to the achievement of a unified consciousness in the apprehension and recognition of an object of our sensitivity, e.g., a table; and how it is in anticipation of such a recognition that the apprehension of any specter/Erscheinung is undertaken.

Possible Advance Regarding The Affinity Of The Specters/Erscheinungen

Continuing my search for clarity with regard to the A version of Kant’s deduction of the categories. Progress, I think, regarding the necessary reference of the categories to the specters, almost an orientation called “object”. Rather wordy as usual.

Reflections on the A Transcendental Deduction of the Categories

Kant and the Objects of our Sensitivity

I have just posted a length exposition to Kant’s treatment of the objects of human knowledge, one dealing almost entirely to the specters given to us through our sensitivity. Anyone wishing to read that is invited to go to

http://kantwesley.com/Kant/Nutshell.html

My intention is to expand this soon to include the objects of understanding and of pure reason. As I do so I will give notifications here.
