An attempt to liken the achievement of a unified consciousness in the apprehension and grasp of a sentence to the achievement of a unified consciousness in the apprehension and recognition of an object of our sensitivity, e.g., a table; and how it is in anticipation of such a recognition that the apprehension of any specter/Erscheinung is undertaken.

Continuing my search for clarity with regard to the A version of Kant’s deduction of the categories. Progress, I think, regarding the necessary reference of the categories to the specters, almost an orientation called “object”. Rather wordy as usual.
